Privacy Policy

Plans Global ("we") offers a social media publishing service. When you connect your accounts through our secure link, you sign in on Facebook's or Google's own pages and choose what to share. We never see or store your passwords.

What we access

• Facebook / Instagram (only the Pages and Instagram professional accounts you select): Page and account name and ID, the access token Meta gives us, the ability to publish videos/Reels and captions you or we schedule for you, post statistics (views, reach, likes, comments) and comments so we can report on and reply to them.
• YouTube (only the channel you select): channel name and ID, the access token Google gives us, the ability to upload and schedule videos, set titles, descriptions, tags and thumbnails, read video statistics and YouTube Analytics reports, and read/reply to comments.

How we use it

Only to provide the service you asked for: publishing and scheduling your content, keeping titles/descriptions/tags up to date, showing you performance and audience reports, and managing comments. We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or share it with anyone except Meta and Google as needed to perform these actions.

Google user data (Limited Use)

Plans Global's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. This service uses YouTube API Services; by connecting YouTube you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google's processing is covered by the Google Privacy Policy.

Storage and security

Access tokens are stored on our secured systems and are only used by our publishing software. Statistics are kept while you use the service.

Keeping or removing access

You can remove our access at any time: Facebook → Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations (or Meta Business Suite → Settings → Business integrations), and Google → myaccount.google.com/permissions. To ask us to delete all data we hold about your accounts, see Delete my data. We delete it within 30 days, normally immediately.

Retention

When you remove access or end the service, we delete your tokens and account data within 30 days.
